Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.
Pack Your Items
Place the items you wish to return back into their original pink pouch or any secure shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
